We are running a stall outside McDonald's, the Centre:MK and looking for volunteers to help leaflet the passing shoppers. If it is a dry day there are likely to be lots of young people congregating outside.

Impact of Meat & Dairy on Environment & Food Supply

Livestock farming (meat & dairy) is responsible for 18% of greenhouse gas emissions as compared to 14% for transport. Methane emitted by livestock is 23 times more potent than carbon. Meat & dairy production is currently unsustainable, leading to starvation in developing countries where land is used to grow animal fodder for export to the Western Countries to feed livestock. Land is increasingly becoming unproductive / degraded, turning into waste land or desert.
